- Surgery Times: Normal times are from 8.30 to 11.30 and 3.00 to 5.30pm.

Confidentiality Is Important To Us
It is important that you feel able to discuss anything with your doctor, nurse or health visitor which might relate to your health. As a practice, we have taken the following steps to respect your confidentiality.
The doctors and health care professionals of North Petherton Surgery have a duty of care and a duty of confidentiality to all patients, including those under 16.
Our staff take their responsibility for confidentiality very seriously. They are not allowed to discuss any information about patients outside work. To do so would be a dismissable offence. They do have to make appointments, file reports and access your notes for a number of administrative jobs, but are not allowed to access your notes for any other purpose.
